Fredrick Schoener

Great Northwest Hospitality is co-founded by Fredrick Schoener an industry veteran who with his past 20 years plus founded Hotel Management Companies, FairBridge Hotel Brand and consulted franchisees from the worlds largest franchises.

Mr. Schoener has won numerous National Marketing awards from Wyndham Hotels. He has also developed unique operational strategies resulting in increased revenues, efficiency and complete turn around's for even the most troubled properties.

During the years of the "Great Recession" Mr. Schoener was appointed as receiver for hotels that were in bankruptcy. He turned around properties and within a short time increased revenues significantly and ultimately sold the distressed asset for much more than what they were worth when he took over. Mr Schoener has also worked directly with lenders for managing their distressed asserts.

His years of experience have culminated to develop Great Northwest Hospitality, a unique company that offers hotel management services for today's hospitality with tangible results. The reason we are driven to produce result oriented services is that we come from a background of hospitality and understand what makes a hotel successful.

Having this focus we can produce for our hotels a great level of service and while aggressively positioning them for success. Franchised and Independent hotels alike are competing head to head for guests, groups and contracts. Lee Olson

Lee Olson, co-founder of GNW Hospitality LLC, brings with him 30 years of extensive hospitality management experience. Lee has successfully managed Limited Service, Select Service, Full Service, Extended Stay, and Boutique hotels. His diverse background includes knowledge of Corporate, Leisure, and Destination markets as well as corporate level multi-property management.

Lee has an excellent understanding of the business side of hotel management. Thoroughly versed in budgeting, sales and marketing, and operations management, Lee knows how to get results and drive revenue to the bottom line.

Skilled with both Independent and Branded properties (Wyndham, IHG, Best Western, and Hilton hotels), Lee’s strong drive for his hotels to be the best in service and quality and his “out of the box” approach has earned him, and his hotels, numerous national and company level awards and recognition.

In order to stay on top of all the ongoing changes in the hospitality industry and to remain competitive, Lee is continuing his education and professional growth by taking advance courses through the Cornell University School of Hospitality Administration.

Lee brings this drive for success and his creative thinking to GNW. His vision, to develop a hotel management company that can offer diverse services that are tailored to the individual owner’s specific needs. Then GNW will deliver these services using a cost effective, personal “hands on” approach, to ensure our client’s property is on the Pathway to Success!
